Welcome to the site! I am MAID3N, you probably know me from my music!
As most of you would know, I do music. But I'm also an artist, animator, and game developer/coder! I can confidently say that i'm terribly decent at all of them!!
As a kid, I always loved creating things! It didn't matter the medium, I was bound to cobble something together even if I was limited in options. This passion for creation grew ten times stronger when I discovered a pencil could be used for more than jotting down boring school notes. Yes, I was hooked right away; I didn't care if it looked bad or if I was doing it wrong, I was a kid, I only cared if I had fun making it or not ... And that's what I want to replicate with this web project!
Time hasn't been kind to my creative spark as of lately, it has slowly dulled but still turning! I don't want this website to be another obligation I have to hard commit like my previous projects. Most of my friends know that I'm very spontaneous with ideas; I'm always up to execute them but abandon it in a few days with nothing to gain at the end ... Mentally ill behavior, I know. With this website, I want to take it slow and not be pressured to put it out in time, and so I have room to just.. create without worrying! And I think it'll be great experience coding and having a space for me and my community.
